What are your operational hours?

We are open Thursday-Sunday from 10am-4pm, or until sold out.
What time should I arrive to have a full selection of items?
Arrive early! Thursday is our slowest day where items last longer, and Saturday is our busiest with popular items selling out quickly. Coming within the first couple hours is your best bet!
Do you only have bread and doughnuts?

Our sourdough breads and doughnuts are our specialties and what tends to sell out the quickest, but we also have a delicious array of cookies, desserts, pastries, sandwiches, and more!
How long do the doughnuts stay fresh?
​
Our bakers arrive very early to make them fresh every day! We add no preservatives, using only real and quality ingredients, therefore they are best enjoyed fresh and within the day you purchased them.
How long does your bread last after purchase?
Our sourdough bread is also made from scratch, using traditional methods, with no preservatives. Best stored in a bread bag for 2-3 days, but our bread also freezes very well.
Do you slice bread?

Our sourdough bread is baked fresh daily and has a delicious moist interior. We do not slice bread so that the integrity of the product remains at its optimal until ready to be enjoyed at home.
What defines a small batch bakery?

We are firm believers in quality over quantity. We consciously produce smaller amounts of our products so as not to jeopardize that quality and attention to detail. We craft everything from scratch, by hand, with care and passion. Not only does this also help us eliminate unnecessary food waste, you, as the consumer, can rest assured that you are purchasing items that are prepared and baked fresh that morning.

We are an incredibly small team of passionate bakers, who work overnight to have items ready for opening. A single round of doughnuts is an 8-hour process from start to finish, and our sourdough bread is a 2-day process. We use artisanal methods, handcrafting every element from scratch. There is a capacity to what we can produce day-to-day.
Do you take pre-orders?

We are open for walk-in only, and do not currently take orders.
Do you offer gluten-free items?
​
We do have a couple gluten-free items, however we are not a gluten-free facility. Even items without gluten may not be appropriate for serious allergies or celiac.
Do you have vegan items?
​
We do not currently have completely plant-based sweet treats, but our sourdough bread selection is all vegan.
